Q: Why do I want to buy a ticket online?
A: The Mystery Spot frequently sells out its tours, and in order to guarantee that you will be able to go on a tour at a time you desire it is recommended that you purchase advance tickets.

Q: If I buy tickets online can I get a refund?
A: Yes, please see our refund policy.

Q: What happens if I miss my tour?
A: If you can not make your scheduled reservation time then please call us to change your reservation. There will be no refunds issued for customers that miss their tour and do not call to change their reservation.

Q: What does it cost to buy tickets online? Are there any extra fees?
A: A small processing fee will be applied to each transaction.

Q: Can I give my ticket to another person?
A: Yes

Q: How many tickets can I buy?
A: The most tickets that you can buy for a tour is 28 depending on the number of spaces available. For groups of ten or more it may be easier to make a group reservation.

Q: What do I do when I get to the Mystery Spot if I have a reservation?
A: Take your printed confirmation ticket to the ticket window to check in and receive your admission ticket and pay for parking.

Q: Are alcoholic beverages allowed at the Mystery Spot?
A: No, alcoholic beverages of any kind are not allowed on Mystery Spot property.

Q: Can I bring my lunch to the Mystery Spot?
A: Yes, the Mystery Spot has benches and tables in our courtyard where you can sit down to eat.

Q: Can I bring a stroller on the tour?
A: No, strollers are not allowed on the tours.

Q: Are the tours guided, or can I take the tour on my own?
A: All tours are guided; visitors must be accompanied by a Mystery Spot tour guide to see the Mystery Spot.

Q: How long does the tour take?
A: The average time of a tour is about 45 minutes.

Q: If I order tickets will the information that I provide be sold or distributed?
A: No, please see our privacy policy.

Q: If I order tickets is my credit card number secure?
A: Yes, the Mystery Spot ordering process uses the latest security technology to make sure that your personal information stays safe.

Q: Is food available at the Mystery Spot?
A: The Mystery Spot gift store sells snacks, sodas, coffee and tea.

Q: Do I need to make a group reservations?
A: Group reservations are suggested for groups of ten or more; groups containing fewer than ten people should purchase advance tickets online.

Q: Are discounts offered for group reservations?
A: Unfortunately the Mystery Spot does not provide discounts for any reservations.

Q: What time should I arrive if I have a reservation?
A: You should plan on arriving 15 minutes early.

Q: What do I do if I am late?
A: If you are going to be late please call our ticket booth @ 831-423-8897 to let us know so that we can change your reservation. If this is not possible and you arrive after your scheduled tour time we will do our best to accommodate you based on availability.
